We collect information directly from you through forms, email, phone, interviews, and the Employee Login portal. We receive information from clients describing project and role requirements. We work with service providers such as background check companies, payroll and benefits administrators, assessment vendors, and applicant tracking systems. We may use publicly available sources, licensing registries, and professional networks such as LinkedIn and job boards. We also collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website.

We use personal information to recruit and place candidates, evaluate suitability for roles, present candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, and manage offers. We use information to onboard new hires, verify identity and work authorization, administer payroll and benefits, and manage assignments. Legal Grounds
We process personal information to perform our contracts, to comply with federal and state legal obligations such as tax reporting and work eligibility, and for legitimate business purposes such as recruiting, service delivery, fraud prevention, and security. Where state law requires consent, such as for background checks or certain communications, we obtain it in advance.
Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to ensure the functionality and security of our site and Employee portal. We use functional and analytical cookies to understand how the site is used and to improve content. We may in the future use marketing cookies, in which case we will update this policy and provide notice and choices. You may manage cookie settings in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect functionality. We currently do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and honor opt-out rights.
Automated Processing and Human Review
Our applicant tracking and HR tools may automatically rank or search candidate profiles based on skills, location, or other requirements. Final decisions are always reviewed and made by people. If you believe an automated filter has excluded you unfairly, you may contact us for human review.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Measures include access controls, encryption in transit, vendor assessments, and employee training. If a data breach occurs that triggers notification obligations, we will notify affected individuals and authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations. As a general practice, applicant information may be retained for up to three years, hiring and selection records for up to three years after a process closes, I-9 forms for three years after hire or one year after termination (whichever is later), payroll and tax records for three to seven years, OSHA and safety logs for five years or as required by law, client and contract records for five to seven years, and website analytics for twelve to twenty-four months unless de-identified sooner.
